List price $= R s . 18000$
Discount $= 20 % of 18000 = \frac{20}{100} \times 18000 = R s .3600$
T.V price after discount $= 18000 - 3600 = R s .14400$

Off season discount $= 10 % of 14400 = \frac{10}{100} \times 14400 = 1440$
T.V Price after off season discount $= 14400 - 1440 = R s .12960$
