The correct option is B

If two circles touch and one of them passes through the centre (0, 0) of the other then they must touch

internally.

$∴ C_{1} C_{2} = r_{1} - r_{2}$

Also, $C_{1} C_{2} = r_{2}$

$∴ r_{2} = r_{1} - r_{2}$
