The correct options are
A Both the capacitors are charged to the same charge
C The emf's of the cells may be different
The charge on capacitor at any time t is q=qmax(1et/CR)

As the qmax of the both curve is same so both capacitor will be charged to same charge.

As (2) curve take more time for maximum charging so time constant of curve (2) is greater than (1). i.e, τ2>τ1C2R2>C1R1

As qmax is same for both curve so C1E1=C2E2

Since C1 and C2 are different so emf of both cell may be different.

now E1=(C2/C1)E2>(R1/R2)E2

If R1>R2 , then E1>E2.
