The correct option is A nitrate
Fluoride =1000ppb=10001000=1ppm

Lead =40ppb=401000ppm=0.04ppm

We can see that the concentration of nitrate is maximum (100 ppm). Note: > 40 ppm gives blue baby syndrome disease.
