Total weight of mixture = $(2x+3x)$kg= $5x$ kg.
Total cost of $5x$ kg mixture =Rs($45\times 2x+25\times 3x$ )
Total cost of $5x$ kg mixture = $165x$
$\therefore$ Cost of 1 kg. mixture = $\frac{165x}{5x}=Rs.33$
