CSA of cylinder$=2\pi rh=1760$

Volume of cylinder$=\pi r^{2}h=12320$

$\Rightarrow \frac{\pi r^{2}h}{2\pi rh}=\frac{r}{2}=\frac{12329}{1760}=r=14cm$

so $h=\frac{1760}{2\pi r}=\frac{1760}{2\times \pi \times 14}=20$cm.
