Suppose a weak acid and weak base salt $$CH_3COONH_4$$
$$\underset{C(1 - h)}{CH_3COO^-} + \underset{C(1 - h)}{NH_4^+ + H_2O} \rightarrow \underset{Ch}{CH_3 COOH} + \underset{Ch}{NH_4 OH}$$ 
According to law of mass action 
$$k_h = \dfrac{C^2h^2}{C^2 (1 - h^2)} = \dfrac{h^2}{1 - h^2}$$ (Independent on C)
Hence B is correct option
