The correct option is A 10μF
Equivalent wheat stone bridge capacitors circuit for given circuit is shown in the fig.
In given circuit,
C1C3=1010=1 and C4C5=1010=1
C1C3=C4C5
By wheat stone bridge principle there will be no p.d. across C2 of 100μF hence we can remove C2.
Effective capacitance between P and Q is given by,
CPQ=C1C4C1+C4+C3C5C3+C5

CPQ=10010+10+10010+10=5+5=10μF
