The correct option is C $$\dfrac {vsin\beta} {u \sin \alpha}$$
e= $$\dfrac{Velocity  \ of\  separation } {Velocity \ of \ approach } $$. 
Since there is no force acting in horizontal direction, velocity taken in equation will be of normal to floor, 
So e=$$\dfrac {vsin\beta} {usin\alpha} $$
