As the field is diminishing, induced current will be developed to oppose this change.

So, the field produced by the induced current in the loops will be inward, normal to the plane of the figure.

Hence, induced current will be clockwise in both the loops (1) and (2).

Therefore, at points P and Q induced current is in clockwise direction.

Also, loops are closed, so no current will be transferred between the loops.

Hence, at point R induced current is zero.

Therefore, options (A),(C) and (D) are correct.
