Given its a rectangle

$\therefore \angle x+\angle y={90}^o$ [Because $△$ CDB is right angle ]

But $x$ and $y$ are in the ratio $3:7$

let $x=3k,y=7k$

$2k+7k={90}^o$

$10K={90}^o$
$K={90}^o$

$\therefore x=3k=3\times 9={27}^o$

$y=7k=7\times 9={63}^o$

$x={27}^o$ and $y={63}^o$
