The correct option is A (8p2+3p)cm2
Given that the side of square is p cm and Pis one third of breath of rectangle and length is 1 cm more the breadth rectangle
Then breadth =3p and length =3p+1
So area of rectangle =3p(3p+1)=3p(3p+1)=9p2+3p
If a square of side p cut in to rectangle
Then the area of square =p2
So Remaining area left of rectangle after cutting of square =9p2+3p+p2=(8p2+3p) sq cm
