The correct option is A $$10^{-3}$$
Velocity of water from the hole= $$\sqrt{2 \times 5 \times 10}=10 m/s$$
So, $$Q=AV=1 \times 10^{-4} m^{2} \times 10m/s$$
$$= 10^{-3} m^{3}/s$$
