The correct option is B 0.24
Given:
v=54 km/hr=54×518 m/s=15 m/s

For frictionless banked road, maximum safe speed is given by

v=Rgtanθ

v2=Rgtanθ

152=Rg×0.24 ........(1)

And for the flat road with friction,

v=μRg

v2=μRg

152=μRg .....(2)

Equating equations (1) & (2), we get

μ=0.24

Therefore, option (C) is the correct answer.
