The correct option is C C60H102O51
by multiplying the molecular no of single glucose molecule with 10 we get 60 carbon and 120 hydrogen and 60 oxygen molecule. while formation of polysaccharide through dehydration reaction 9 water molecules are formed consist of 18 hydrogen and 9 oxygen molecules. as they are eliminated as water the polysaccharide consist only (120-18=102) hydrogen and (60-9=51) oxygen and carbon no remains constant.
So, the correct option is 'C'
