The structure of H2O2 is like an open book (see the structure given). So, its dipole moment is non-zero.

CH4 and BF4 occupy regular tetrahedron structures. In these molecules, vector sum of the dipole moment of the first three bonds will be cancelled by the dipole moment of 4th bond.
In C2H6, the dipole moment of the 1st carbon atom is cancelled by the dipole moment of the 2nd carbon atom.
