Rectilinear motion: When a body moves along a straight path, the motion of the body is called rectilinear motion.
Translational motion: When a body moves along a path which may have a curve, the motion of the body is called translation.
Rotational motion: When a body rotates about a fixed axis, the motion of the body is called rotational motion.

In a cart, the wheel rotates about its axis as well as it travels some distance on the road so its motion is
rotational and translation.
