Two parabolas are equal if the length of their latus rectum are equal.
So, length of latus rectum of y2=λnisλ(1)
The equation for second parabola is
25{(n3)2+(y+2)3}=(3n4y2)22(n3)2+(y+2)2=|3n4y2|32+42
Clearly, it represents parabola having focus at (3,-2) and equation of the directrix as 3n-4y-2=0.
