Its perimeter =4x, Area $=x^2$

By the given condition $4x=x^2$

$\Rightarrow x^2-4x=0$

$\Rightarrow x(x-4)=0$

$\Rightarrow x=4[\because x\ne 0]$

$\therefore$ Area of $=x^2=(4{)}^2=4\times 4=16$ sq. units.
