The correct option is A 0.4M
$$pH=pK_a+log\left( \dfrac {V \times [CH_3COONa]} {V \times [CH_3COOH]}\right)$$

Substituting values in the above expression, we get,

$$4.8=4.8+log\left( \dfrac {25 \times [CH_3COONa]} {50 \times 0.2}\right)$$

$$[CH_3COONa]=0.4M$$

Option B is correct.
