Number of huts sold in January
= $5 \times 30 = 150$

Number of huts sold in February
$= 4 \times 30 = 120 = 60 + 60$

Number of huts sold in March
$= 2 \times 30 = 60$ .

Hence, 60 huts more were sold in February than in March.
