The correct option is B $1.1 e V$
We know that,
${K E}_{m a x} = \frac{{(m V)}^{2}}{2 m} = 0.8 e V$
also, $h v = 13.6 [\frac{1}{4} - \frac{1}{6}]$
$∴$ $W = h v - {K E}_{m a x}$
$= (13.6) \frac{5}{36} - 0.8 = 1.1 e V$
