The correct option is A 12.8km
We have,
rs=24 cm

We know that the volume of the sphere
Vs=43πr3s

So,
Vs=43π(24)3

Let the length of the wire be h.
rl=1.2 mm=0.12 cm

Since, the wire is like as cylinder.

So, the volume of wire
=πr2h

Since, the sphere is melted and drawn make a wire.

So,
π(0.12)2h=43π(24)3

h=4.8.24.24(0.12).(0.12)

h=4.8.24.2412100.12100

h=4×8×200×200

h=1280000 cm

h=12800 m

h=12.8 km

Hence, this is the answer.
