$\frac{r}{l}=\frac{3}{2}$

Total surface of cone$=\pi r(l+r)$

Curved Surface area of the cone $=\pi rl$

Their ratio $\frac{\pi r(l+r)}{\pi rl}=\frac{l+r}{l}$

$\Rightarrow 1+\frac{r}{l}=5:2$
