Amount of water in first solution = $\frac{1}{3} \times 75 = 25 l$

Amount milk in first solution = $\frac{2}{3} \times 75 = 50 l$

Let the amount of water to be mixed be x l

25 + x = $\frac{2}{3} (75 + x)$

$\frac{1}{3}$ x = 50 - 25

x = 75 l
