The given equations are
$\Rightarrow 2 x - 3 y = 7....... (1)$
$\Rightarrow 4 x - 6 y = 20....... (2)$
multiply eq (1) by 2
$\Rightarrow 4 x - 6 y = 14..... (3)$
Hence,The first equation contradicts the second equation. Thus, there will be no solution for these equations as no x and y will satisfy both equations
