For proton,
Specific charge = $$ \dfrac{e}{m}  = 9.6  \times 10^{7} C  kg^{-1}$$
For alpha particle, 
Specific charge = $$\dfrac{2e}{4m} $$ =$$ \dfrac{1}{2} \dfrac{e}{m}$$  
putting value of e
