Solution

The correct option is B Jammu and Kashmir
The Constitution laid down a uniform structure for the State Government, in part VI from Article 152 to 237, which applied to all the states, except for the state of Jammu and Kashmir which used to have a separate constitution for its government under Article 370. On 5 August 2019, the Indian state revoked Article 370, and the region was reorganised into the Union territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.
