The correct option is D $$ Y_A = 3Y_B $$
$$ \dfrac{Stress}{Strain} = $$ Y = slope of graph
$$ \therefore \dfrac{Y_A}{Y_B} = \dfrac{tan 60}{tan 30} = 3    \therefore Y_A = 3 Y_B$$
