The correct option is B $$33.3 ^\circ C$$
In first case  $$\dfrac{50-40}{10}=K\Bigg[\dfrac{50+40}{2}-20\Bigg]$$ 

In second case  $$\dfrac{40-\theta_2}{10}=K\Bigg[\dfrac{40+\theta_2} {2}-20\Bigg]$$ 

By solving $$\theta_2 = 33.3 ^\circ C$$
