GuvenA(1,0,1)B(2,1,4) and C(3,4,1)

AB=(12)2+(0+1)2+(14)2=1+1+9=11

BC=(32)2+(4+1)2+(14)2=1+9+25=35

AC=(13)2+(0+4)2+(1+1)2=4+16+4=24

(11)2+(24)2=11+24=35=(35)2

AB2+AC2=BC2

So it is a right angled triangle.
