The correct option is A x=5 and y=1
The given point is P(x1,y+3)=(4,4)
If the co-ordinates of a point P is represented by P(x,y)=(p,q), then the
abscissa x=p and the ordinate y=q.
Here the abscissa is x1 and the ordinate is y+3.
Also p=q=4.
x1=4x=5 and y+3=4y=1.
So, (x,y)=(5,1)
