Total pressure $$\displaystyle P =P_B+P_T= P^0_B X_B + P^o_TX_T$$

$$\displaystyle P = 160 \times 0.5 + 60 \times 0.5$$

 $$\displaystyle P = 110$$

The mole fraction of toluene in the vapour phase in contact with an equimolar solution of benzene and toluene. 

$$\displaystyle Y_T= \dfrac {P_T}{P }$$

$$\displaystyle Y_T= \dfrac {P^o_TX_T}{P }$$

 $$\displaystyle Y_T = \dfrac {60 \times 0.5}{110} = 0.27$$
