The correct option is B $$3.75 m$$

Time for download journey $$\displaystyle t=\sqrt{\dfrac{2h}{g}}=\sqrt{\dfrac{2\times 5}{10}}=1s$$

So far regular interval drops are falling at interval of $$1/2$$ sec

distance fallen by $$2^{nd}$$ drop $$\displaystyle =\dfrac{1}{2}g\left(\dfrac{1}{2}\right)^{2}=\dfrac{5}{4}m$$

height of $$2^{nd}$$ drop $$\displaystyle =5-\dfrac{5}{4}=\dfrac{15}{4}=3.75m$$
