Standard mass, m1=1 kg
Weight of standard mass, W1=1.7 N
Weight of new mass, W2=5.1 N

Weight of an object is given by:
W=mg
where:
m: Mass of the object

Hence, ratio of weights is:
W1W2=m1gm2g
