Given,
Total number of dots = 625
Number of rows = number of column
Also, 625 is a perfect square of 25.

So, number of rows = number of columns = 25
Or, the dots are arranged in a 25×25 matrix.

Now,
Number of rows = 25 - 5 = 20
Number of columns = 25 × 2 = 50

So, the order of the new matrix = 20 × 50
Therefore, total number of dots = 20 × 50 = 1000
