The correct option is D She said that she would see him that day.
Indirect Speech is used to report something in our own words.
In case of time, there is no need to make any changes to time words if something is reported around the same time. But if something is reported around the same time then time words are changed.
'Today' will be changed to 'that day'. 'Will' changes to 'would'.
Thus, option B is the correct answer.
