The correct option is A $$5\Omega $$
$$ I R_{eff} = V$$
$$ \dfrac{I}{3} \times R + \dfrac{I}{6} \times R + \dfrac{I}{3} \times R = I R_{eff}$$
$$ R[\dfrac{2}{3} + \dfrac{1}{6}] = R_{eff}$$
$$ R_{eff} = \dfrac{R \times 15}{18}$$
$$ R_{eff} = 5\Omega$$
