Two blocks each of mass $$m$$ lie on a smooth table. They are attached to two other masses as shown in figure. The pulleys and string are light. An object $$O$$ is kept at rest on the table. The slides $$AB$$ & $$CD$$ of the two blocks are made reflecting. The acceleration of two images formed in those two reflecting surfaces w.r.t each other is:

The correct option is D $$17g/6$$
acceleration of the left side blocks is $$a_l=\dfrac{2g}{3}$$
acceleration of the right side blocks is $$a_r=\dfrac{3g}{4}$$
acceleration of left side block with respect to right side block =$$a_{lr}=a_l-a_r=\dfrac{2g}{3}-(-\dfrac{3g}{4})=\dfrac{17g}{6}$$
