$m_{1} = 5 k g, m_{2} = 2 k g v = 14 m / s, v_{2} = 0 \Rightarrow v_{c m} = \frac{m_{1} v_{1} + m_{2} v_{2}}{m_{1} + m_{2}} = \frac{70}{7} = 10 m / s$
