The correct option is A $$\dfrac{(F-ma)}{M}$$
For the block with mass $$m$$, the force experienced is the spring force.
$$\therefore$$ Spring force $$=$$ Mass $$\times$$ acceleration = $$ma$$
For block with mass $$M$$, forces are spring force and the external $$F$$
$$\therefore$$ acceleration $$= \dfrac {total \ force}{mass} = \dfrac{F-ma}{M}$$
