Given,

Coefficient of coupling, k=12

As the turns are in the same sense, the mutual flux adds to the individual flux.

So, the equivalent inductance will be,

Leq=L1+L2+2M

=L+L+2M

Here, M=kL1L2

=12L×L=12L

Leq=2L+2×12L=3L

Hence, option (C) is correct
