The correct option is D $15 : 13$
We can calculate $a =$ $\frac{m_{1} - m_{2}}{m_{1} + m_{2}}$
$S = \frac{1}{2} (\frac{m_{1} - m_{2}}{m_{1} + m_{2}}) g t^{2}$
$∴ \frac{m_{1} - m_{2}}{m_{1} + m_{2}} = \frac{7}{100}$
