Assume, third number is x.

Now, as given first number will be 20% greater than x.
First number=x+(20% of x)x+(x×20100)=6x5

Similarly for the second number, second number is 25% greater than x.
Second number=x+(25% of x)x+(x×25100)=5x4

Now, we've to find how much percent is the second number greater than the first number.
5x46x55x4×100%x205x4×100%4%

Hence, option 'b' is correct.
