The correct option is C more work is done in case of second spring
$$W=\frac{F^2}{2k}$$
If both springs are stretched by same force then
$$W \propto \frac{1}{k}.$$
As $$k_1 > k_2$$ therefore, $$W_1 < W_2$$ 
ie; more work is done in case of second spring.
