The correct option is A $\frac{M_{1} g}{M_{1} + M_{2}}$
taking both the blocks as a system then deriving force is on $M_{1} g$ and total mass is $M_{1} + M_{2}$
so acceleration is $\frac{F}{m} = \frac{M_{1} G}{M_{1} + M_{2}}$
so optiom A is correct.
