The woman with flat soles will feel more comfortable.

We know that $Pressure=\frac{Force}{Area}$

So, for the same force, the pressure will be more for less contact area. As the flat sole has more contact area as compared to the pointed sole, the pressure exerted by the flat sole will be less. So the flat show will not sink into the sand. that is why it is easier to walk on a sandy beach with flat shoes.
