The force applied by Vijay be F1= 22 N

The force applied by Gopal be F2= 10 N

Since the forces are acting in opposite directions, the net force will be acting in the direction of the larger force.

Net Force on the block= F1 - F2
F=2210=12 N

Displacement of the block in the direction of Vijay s=6.5 m (Given)

Work done =F×s=12×6.5=78 J.
