What are the causes of air borne and food borne diseases?

A disease is a particular abnormal condition that negatively affects the structure or function of part or all of an organism, and that is not due to any external injury.

Different cause of diseases:

• Airborne- An airborne disease is any disease that is caused by pathogens and transmitted through the air. E.g. Anthrax

• Foodborne- Foodborne illness or food poisoning is any illness resulting from the consumption of food contaminated with pathogenic bacteria, toxins, viruses, prions or parasites. Food poisoning : Illness caused by food contaminated with bacteria, viruses, parasites or toxins.
