Blood has two components called cellular and fluid.

The cellular constituents of blood are:

1. Red Blood Cells (RBC)

2. White Blood Cells (WBC)

3. Platelets

And the fluid component of blood is Plasma.

WBC are called the soldiers of the body because they fight against the foreign particles or microbes and kill them. They also protects us from disease causing microbes and prevent us from diseases.
